This air system uses infrared technology or infrared technology combined with UV-A technology, ensuring rapid drying of the painted products: maximum efficiency and minimum dimensions.
Supported by special anodized aluminum rails; It allows you to cover infinite areas with a maximum width of 7.6 meters.
The features of the IR 6000 SURYA SERIES:
- TEMPERATURE CONTROL: 3 pyrometric sensors (one for each panel with temperature regulation and respective independent radiated power)
- ADJUSTABLE PANELS: adjustable panels, to best adapt to the surface to be dried. You can operate each individual panel individually.
- COMPUTERIZED CONTROL UNIT: The computerized control unit with large 5.7″ color display allows the machine to operate in a totally automatic way, along both directions, always keeping under control the drying temperature, the distance to be traveled, the number of cycles to be carried out, parameterizing the temperature and speed.
- ACCESSORY EQUIPMENT: it is possible to complete the system by inserting 1, 2 or 3 UV-A panels and/or a UV-A manual lamp kit + cable reel (ideal for hard-to-reach areas and for spot repair) next to the infrared technology panels, for drying components such as putty or primer sensitive to this technology. I n addition, Ele.Tec. S.r.l. has patented an accessory that directs an air flow on the area to be dried which, combined with infrared technology, further halves the drying time. Remote management kit compatible with Industry 4.0.
- EMITTER TYPE: Compared to traditional emitters, Ele.Tec. S.r.l. mounts high-efficiency resistors on its systems that allow the beam to be irradiated and concentrated only from the front, achieving an increase in efficiency of over 150% and a saving of 35% with the same amount of energy absorbed.
